Delivery, Love and Care
Delivery times quoted are indicative only. Australian deliveries are made within seven to fourteen days from receipt of payment into our account. All International deliver times are based on International dispatch time quoted by Australia Post from receipt of payment. We are not liable for shipments that do not arrive at the expected time. We expect goods to be delivered to yourself within 28 days from the date of your full payment at a worst-case scenario.
You will be notified immediately should the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable due to high demand. Please allow extra time for these orders. We will offer you an alternative product or your money refunded if the product you ordered is not available. The new selection will be forwarded when available and you informed as to an approximate delivery date.
Loss and Damage
Goods in Transit – When your order is accepted and fully paid for it will be ordered from head office. Upon receipt, good within Australia goods will be dispatched in the manner that you have requested. We accept no liability or responsibility for goods once they are dispatched. Responsibility for loss of goods or damage in transit ends at the time we provide the goods to the courier or postal service, or they otherwise leave our possession. We as a company recommend certified mail to ensure that you receive your goods by way off signature.
Additional Fees
If extra charges are incurred due to lack of incorrect information the extra cost will be passed on to the customer at our discretion.

Returns & Exchange
Faulty Goods and Change of Mind goods
1. You will need to notify us WITHIN 7 DAYS from receipt if a product you have received is faulty, or has been incorrectly chosen by Erosfashions.com. If the product differs from that described and advertised on the web site, you will need to advise us first before you attempt to return it. Please note that the Tie Dye patterns will always differ. Goods for your change of mind will not be accepted. No claims will be accepted after 7 days from receipt of goods.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition and any items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered or damaged, will not be accepted as a return item. Once goods arrive, our staff will check and test them. If testing shows goods are not in the normal condition they were delivered they will be held at our warehouse for collection or distribution and we may charge you handling and shipping fees.
3. Refunds will be issued in the same manner of payment received when purchased and will be issued for the invoiced price of the merchandise, excluding shipping costs. All return/exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage.
We will not accept returns/exchanges that were damaged as a result of shipping from the customer to us.
